Wanderers is a sci-fi based rogue-lite with card collecting and deck building elements. Each run is unique, and each season presents new stories, abilities, and challenges to overcome.

RAM introduces a rewarding deck-building feature to Wanderers, allowing players to personalize their playstyle. Unlock RAM chips and equip your character with the skills and memories of past heroes.

It’s time to upgrade your RAM Beta Bundles, in preparation of Wanderers’ highly anticipated Closed Beta.

In short, holders complete quests on Codex to receive Keys, Achievements, XP, and even Mystery Items.

Keys are used to upgrade Bundles.

During Closed Beta, redeem (burn) Bundles for in-game contents.

But first, what is a RAM Beta Bundle?

Think of it like a digital mystery box. Inside each RAM Beta Bundle is an dynamic assortment of RAM Cards and play codes. Dynamic means that the quantity of each can change depending on the Bundle’s level.

Here’s the breakdown of Bundle contents:

Level 1: 9 RAMs (3 packs x 3 cards) and 1 play code.
Level 2: 12 RAMs (3 packs x 4 cards) and 2 play codes.
Level 3: 15 RAMs (3 packs x 5 cards) and 3 play codes.
Level 4: 18 RAMs (3 packs x 6 cards) and 4 play codes.
Level 5: 21 RAMs (3 packs x 7 cards) and 5 play codes.

It’s important to remember that RAM Beta Bundles contain the highest ever chance at rare RAMs.

In other words, the rarity pulls in these Bundles are heavily skewed to favor rarer RAMs. The more RAMs you get, the more chances you have at rare items.

Play codes are one-time-use invitations to play. If you have multiple play codes, you can share them with others to get them into Closed Beta. In the future, you will earn referral rewards based on who you invite — so choose wisely!

In order to upgrade, you need to earn Keys from Quests.

Earning Keys from Quests

Over the course of several weeks leading into Closed Beta, new Quests will appear on Codex. New Quests will get announced on X and Discord, so be sure you have notifications on.

To access Quests, log into Codex, click My Profile, and scroll down to Quests.

Click on a Quest to reveal the details.

In this example you can see the requirements and the earnings.

Once you’ve completed the requirements, click “Submit Quest”.

If done successfully, you will earn any corresponding Keys, XP, Achievements, and Mystery Items.

You can complete most Quests (excluding sharing Bundles) retroactively.

Upgrading with Keys

Once you’ve submitted a Quest, Keys will appear in your Collection.

Keys are bound to your Codex. They are not trade-able. This means that if you want upgraded Bundles, you must either do Quests or buy someone else’s upgraded Bundles.

To use Keys, navigate to your Inventory by clicking the username dropdown.

Find the Bundle you want to upgrade and click “upgrade”.

This will reveal a detail page with the necessary information. Remember that upgrading is irreversible.

This is an off-chain action and forces a change to the Bundles metadata.

When buying or selling Bundles on secondary, always be sure to refresh the metadata to ensure it’s displaying the correct information.

Share for Mystery Items

At each stage of your Bundle, you can share your progress on X for an extra Key.

To do this, simply complete the “Bundle Bragger” Quest.

IMPORTANT: this can only be done once per level, regardless of how many Bundles you have (maximum of 5 times).

Be sure to post once at each level, because you cannot do this retroactively.

Redeeming Bundles

Bundles can only be redeemed once Closed Beta begins.

Redeeming a Bundle burns the item and reveals codes in your inventory.

Burning Bundles is an irreversible on-chain action that requires gas.

More information about redeeming will be released closer to Closed Beta.

FAQ

Does upgrading cost me money?

When can I redeem my RAM Bundle in-game?
When Closed Beta starts, expected end of Q1.

Do I have to redeem (burn) my Bundle?
While we recommend you redeem your Bundle contents in order to recieve the intended rewards, you are not required to.
